Cylinder Part:

Cylinder vat: curved blasting pressure type, vat body adopts the 10mm carbon steel plate, infill the 2mm 304 stainless steel plate; the curved plate is welded by 6mm stainless steel. The curved plate is designed with adjusting device, which is convenient to adjust the distance between the curved plate and cylinder mold, feed pulping zone: high-order pulping feed.

It adopts the 2mm 304 stainless steel Fangzhui pipe branched pipe to distribute pulp, and 304 stainless steel three levels to diffuse.

The first level is from Fangzhui pipe to the first level expansion pipe;

The second level is from the big expansion pipe to the small expansion pipe;

The third level is from the small expansion pipe to wire box.

There has a dispersing agent feeding multi-branch pipe on the first level expansion pipe, which makes the stocks and dispersing agent distributed more uniformly, ensure the paper evenness, vertical and horizontal tension ratio; the cylinder mould is the diameter of Φ1800×2700mm, stainless steel spiral type.

Couch roll is the diameter of Φ510×2700mm; roll body: 20# seamless tube with the wall thickness of 16mm, outside rubber, the thickness is 30mm, its surface SH 36±2 degree.

Felt wash zone: felt guide roll: 8 set. Diameter: Φ216mm×3400mm, roll body: 20# seamless tube with the wall thickness of 14mm, with chroming. Two spindle noses: 45# steel thermal refining, after relieving internal stress, lathe processing. Both sides are cocks structure.

Roll body: Proofreading dynamic balance; balance speed is 300m/min.

Wash felt device: two sets of spray pipe, one set of high pressure, one set of low pressure, electric linear movable scrubber. Spray pipe uses DG40 stainless steel pipe, ceramic wear proof nozzle. Nozzle interval is 60mm, and is equipped with fresh water filter, high pressure hose and 0.25KW waterproof motor.

Suction box: three sets. The first one is narrow slit felt suction box, with the width of 180*3500*3350mm; the second is the width of 260*3500*3200mm; the last one is width of 300*3500*3200mm.

Box body is welded by (304) stainless steel, the thickness is 4mm.

Panel: Polyethylene panel.

For dewatering uniformity, there has the water outlet on both sides.

Press nip: one set of carrier roller with the diameter of Φ550×2800mm, the roller body takes cast iron roller tire, with the thickness of 70mm; Roll surface rubber thickness of 25mm, rubber SH 93±2 degree, deep grooved roller, linear pressure is 60-80kg/cm.

Dryer cylinder section is made up by a dryer cylinder with the diameter of Φ2500×2800mm and an air-hood. Swivel joint siphon is equipped with support. Dryer cylinder diameter isΦ2500, surface width is 2800mm; cylinder surface hardness is above HRB220 degree.

Pressure test is up to National Related Industry Standard, and is equipped with dryer cylinder bearing pedestal, swivel joint, siphon, proofreading static balance.

Drive: Dryer cylinder takes cardan direct connect drive, work site is clean and low noise, the most important is it is good to equipment maintenance, and improves workers personal safety greatly.

Air hood Section: air-breathing mask that made from 2.0mm aluminum plate.

Reeling Section:

Reeling Machine: Reel cylinder diameter with Φ800×2700mm, which is made by Q235A carbon steel board, board thickness is 16mm;

Two spindle noses: 45# steel thermal refining, after relieving internal stress, lathe processing.

Cylinder body: Proofreading dynamic balance; balance speed is 200m/min.
